Content Specialist, Language Arts

Lisa has over 24 years of English/Language Arts teaching experience at the public school and university level, and also has served as both a writing and literature tutor and as a director of a university communications lab.  Her passion lies with teaching and developing both historical- and literature-related content, helping students to connect with and critically think about meaningful moments in history and important literary pieces. Additionally, she has written nationally-published English/Language Arts texts and testing materials, in addition to several print and digital products for major publishers. Aside from teaching and writing, Lisa enjoys reading, drawing and painting, going to the theater, and traveling.
