DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Kevin brings over 30 years of experience and expertise in publishing, education, instructional design and technology to The Research Masters. He has a long history of leadership and innovation in digital media and content development, from securing Time Inc.’s Sunset and Health magazines early adopter status on America Online, to his role in transforming the Brooklyn Public Library into one of the country’s largest provider of online content to low income and underserved Americans.
Kevin’s extensive background in education ranges from his policy-level role as Vice-President of New York City’s District 15 Community School Board to Head Teacher and Department Chair, Mathematics and Science, at one of the largest independent schools for students with learning and developmental disabilities in NYC.
Kevin is also certified in Data Wise: A Collaborative Process to Improve Learning & Teaching, from the Principal's Center at Harvard University. His experience with designing and implementing data-driven instructional processes includes leading school-wide improvement projects and developing multi-level assessment programs for our clients.
In addition to his role as prototype designer for educational textbooks and curricula in both print and digital media, Kevin's work with The Research Masters includes writer and managing editor for projects in diverse subject matters, including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Economics and Nursing. His leadership and expertise has been critical to the success of our client’s projects.
